Belinda is a French pastry chef and baker, born in South of France.

She grew up in a family of restauranters, cooks and chefs, and was inspired by her French Vietnamese heritage.

The scent of butter and flour became the hallmark of her passionate baking journey. Inspired by a Parisian bakery in the 10th arrondissement, where Nicolas Grignon revealed the secrets of his "labo," she embraced the art of crafting authentic French breads and pastries. This sensory awakening fueled her desire to share the delight of handcrafted baked goods.

For years, she has poured her heart into baking, shaping and making pastries for Le Bec Sucre, a beloved local bakery that became a community favorite. Seeing the smiles on customers' faces was the greatest reward, and it inspired her to constantly push her creative boundaries.

Now, she is thrilled to embark on a new chapter with L’Atelier Belinda, offering breads, patisseries and catering.

As an independent French woman and a devoted mother, food is her way to connect with the community, bringing a touch of Paris to your table.

She is excited to share this new adventure with you, and looking forward to creating some buttery and joyful sweets.
